South Reading Patient Voice actively supported the NHS's Type2 Diabetes Prevention Week from 1st to 7th April 2019. We manned our stall and spoke to hundreds of people, handing out leaflets on diabetes awareness and on the NHS's "Healthier You" program, which is operated in Berkshire West and available to those at risk of Type 2 Diabetes, by referral by a GP.
