Reading will celebrate International Older Person's Day 2026 on Thursday 1st October withh an exhibition and activities in Broad Street Mall. All welcome. Reading Patient Voice Group will be present with a stand - do visit, join us and help chat with other visitiors.

Reading Patient Voice Group will meet at 6pm on Wednesday 30th September 2026 online via TEAMS and in Committee Room 1 of the Reading Civic Offices on Bridge Street. We will hear Mr Samuel Kingsley of Pembroke surgery tell us about the unseen work that goes on at a GP practice. We will also discuss wider healthcare in Reading and nationally. All welcome.

We have changed the date from our usual 3rd Wednesday of the month because of the clash with the AGM of the Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Reading Patient Voice Group will meet at 6pm on Wednesday 21st October online via MS TEAMS and in person in Committe Room 4a of the Reading Civic Offices on Bridge Street. We will hear a talk by Beverley Nicholson of Reading Adult Social Care about their pilot study on neighbourhood health for the frail elderly. Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, our NHS supplier of community healthcare and mental health care services, will hold its AGM at 2pm-3.15pm on Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 online.
