You could volunteer to attend a workshop and help Berkshire West CCGs procure 111 service for the future. 111 is the number to dial for health advice when it's not a matter of life and death. 111 delivers advice, can send out the emergency ambulance or a paramedic or direct you to the right place for treatment or give you advice. The Berkshire West CCGs are about to procure the 111 service for the next six years. You can volunteer to attand a workshop where your experience of the 111 service will help shape the service for the next six years.
