Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust holds its AGM at 2pm on Wednesday, 22nd September 2021. Berkshire Healthcare provides community nursing, community hospitals and mental health care for Berkshire. A recording of the AGM can be viewed by clicking on this link .

The long-awaited consultation on same day healthcare has been started by Berkshire West CCG. This includes the question of whether the suspended Walk-In service at the Broad Street mall GP practice should be restarted. It was suspended because the CCG failed to reach agreement with the provider Assura - a partnership between local practices and Virgin Healthcare. Please complete the survey here . The survey runs untli Monday 4th October.

Berkshire West CCG has engaged charity Together to operate a mental health crisis cafe, the Berkshire West "Breathing Space" in Reading. The service is open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, 5pm to 11pm at Ajilon House, 28 Friar Street, Reading RG1 1DT (next to Treatz).
