Katie Summers of Wokingham CCG will speak on "Population Health Management" We will also hear reports about the closure of the Reading Walk-In Service at Broad Street Mall and on the new NHS legislation, reports from Patient Participation Groups and from governors of local trusts.

NHS England is consulting on a new oversight framework for identifying failings in quality of care by commissoners and providers in the new approach of Integrated Care Systems.
