The Joint Forward Plan, developed by the Integrated Care System in conjunction with its NHS provider trusts, in consultation with other partners, responds to the recent Integrated Care Strategy produced by our Integrated Care Partnership, which brings together the local NHS with voluntary and charitable organisations and local authorities. The deadline for comment is 8th May - which seems ill-chosen.
