South Reading Patient Voice meets on Wednesday 19th February at 6pm in Friends Meeting House, 2 Church Street, Reading RG1 2SB. We will hear Samantha Bautista of Uminversity Medical Group tell us "A Physican Associate's Tale". There will also be reports and discussion of news from Healthwatch Reading, Berkshire West CCG, local Patient Participation Groups, Reading Borough Council, local NHS providers and the wider health economy.
South Reading Patient Voice will be holding its Winter and Xmas social for members and their guests on Wednesday, 18th December at Friends Meeting House at 6.45pm. It takes the form of a Bring and Share supper at 5 pounds a head. Non alcoholic mulled wine and soft drinks plus quiche or pizza supplied - bring and share salads and desserts. Cathy Cousins is the contact and coordinator for reserving places and checking your contribution.
The CCGs for Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West have issued an "engagement document" - something less formal that a consultation document - in which they propose a single commissioning authority for the common WeBOB area (see attached document). Views are sought on this proposal by end of 1st December 2019. In the mean time there is this online survey for individuals to complete: Click Here For Survey
